The ZSV Series is a range of 100% oil-free dry claw vacuum pumps featuring two precisely synchronized claw-shaped rotors. The rotors operate without contact with each other or with the pump housing, resulting in low wear, low vibration, and reliable operation.
With pumping speeds from 108 to 1,080 m³/h and ultimate pressures from 80 to 200 mbar, the ZSV Series is suitable for low- and medium-vacuum applications in vacuum coating, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive production, vacuum degassing, and industrial exhaust gas treatment.
